Measure-X, a Phoenix, Ariz.-based company that
helps telecoms improve their sales and customer service, recently completed four
days of sales training for one of the largest telephone cooperatives in the
country.
Approximately 125 front-line customer service staff members
and selected supervisors and managers at Pioneer Telephone Cooperative, Inc., in
Kingfisher, Okla., received training in relationship selling March 29 through
April 1.
During the
training, Measure-X president David Saxby covered such areas as developing
rapport with customers, identifying customer needs, recommending the best
solutions for customers based on those needs, dealing with competitive products
and pricing, selling the value of Pioneer Telephone’s services and closing the
sale.
Pioneer
Telephone provides telecommunication services to more than 140,000 customers in
